About the role

Abaad Real Estate Services is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our Sales & Leasing department. We are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with clients, understands the real estate market, and is driven to achieve targets and close deals. Key Responsibilities Handle residential and commercial property sales and leasing inquiries. Generate and follow up with prospective clients and leads. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Negotiate rental and sales terms between clients and property owners. Build and maintain a strong client network. Keep property listings and client information updated. Requirements Minimum 2 years of real estate experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Arabic and English language skills are mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is preferred.
