Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 January 2026
Welcome to Abaad. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and any related platforms. Please read them carefully — using Abaad means you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Abaad website, creating an account, submitting an application, or engaging our real estate services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use our services.
These terms apply to all users — visitors browsing properties, registered clients, landlords listing properties, and agents using our CRM.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Qatar to use Abaad.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to misuse the platform, or post fraudulent listings.
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
4. Property Listings
Property listings are provided by Abaad agents, landlords, and property owners. We work to verify listings, but ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of listing details rests with the lister.
Photos, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Always confirm critical details with the assigned agent before making decisions.
Abaad reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate Qatari law.
5. Applications and Deals
Submitting an application to rent or purchase a property does not guarantee approval. Landlords and owners reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on screening results, internal criteria, and legal requirements.
Documents you upload as part of an application are reviewed by Abaad agents and, where required, by the property owner. You confirm that any document you upload is genuine and is yours to share.
When an application is approved and converted to a deal, the resulting contract is between you and the property owner (or their authorized representative). Abaad facilitates but is not a party to the contract unless explicitly stated.
6. Fees and Payments
Browsing listings, registering, and submitting applications is free. Commission, agency fees, and valuation fees are quoted separately at the relevant stage of the transaction.
All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit. You're responsible for any taxes or government charges that apply to your transaction under Qatari law.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post false or misleading information, harass other users or agents, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, scrape data without permission, use the platform to send spam, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to use Abaad listings to compete with our agency, build a competing directory, or redistribute our content without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The Abaad name, logo, website design, software, and all content we create are owned by Abaad and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you upload content (photos, descriptions, documents), you keep ownership but grant Abaad a license to display, store, and process it for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Third-Party Services
Abaad integrates with third-party services including Property Finder, Qatar Living, payment processors, email providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
Abaad provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every specific requirement you have.
Property valuations, market estimates, and area statistics are based on data available at the time and are not warranties of value or future performance.
Real estate transactions carry inherent risk. We strongly recommend independent legal advice before signing any contract.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Abaad's liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or opportunity, unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be resolved in Qatari courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify registered users by email and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
